In order to live a long life and experience you need to have good health. It is very important because it is that that allows you to have time to be able to achieve your dreams and enjoy the outcome of your victories. The right diet and exercise is vital to having the physical aspect of your life in check. There is also mental health. Staying positive allows you to be healthier. Though life isn’t always easy, coping with stress and letting your emotions out is completely fine. We are all human and we make mistakes but being conscious of how we take care of our body and mind is always the most important thing to live what we got to the fullest.

Sports Medicine Doctor


Duties and Responsibilities:

Sports doctors are medical professionals whose specialty is the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of injuries from athletic activities and focus on bone, joint and muscle health. They travel with sports teams to make sure that medical care is readily available. They are also prepared to work in a hospital or clinical setting.

Salary: $27,900-$350,000

Education:
People interested in this career who want to attend medical school must get a bachelor’s degree in science degrees dealing with medical foundation. They must complete medical school and then get certification.


Reflection: I don’t think I’d like to work in this field because it doesn’t interest me.

Courage can take you to unforeseen places in life. The leap you take can open up a whole new world. Although a large part of it is saying yes, we can’t forget that it also takes courage to say no. Pressures from the world can try to force things upon you but if you have the ability to say no and be brave then you have succeeded in choosing the right.

Life can be scary! Isn’t it wonderful? We have so much to control, so many things to choose from, and so many paths through walk through. Yes, uncertainty can get a hold of you and bring in fear but we get a chance to be courageous. It gives us a purpose. Choosing the right gives us an opportunity to show who we are and move along with the tides!


Wellness Professional


Duties and Responsibilities:
Wellness professionals are familiar with dietary, mental, and physical habits that lead to a healthy life. They are considered guides in this area and offer advice and plans to lead you to be well. They are well familiar with general knowledge as well as go in depth with wellness.

Salary: $53,000

Education:
People in this field can have a GED and high school diploma. An associative degree can further the  career with majors in this area. Workshops are available.’

I would not like to work in this field because it is too obscure.

Student Success Statement

Winning and losing isn’t always what it’s about. What is always important is that you try your best. Don’t let ambition cloud your thoughts with negative incentives. Know what is right and make the decision to always have that as your choice. I want to get an “A” on a test and I will surely try my best but never has a thought to cheat crossed my mind because I would rather succeed on my own rite that know that my grade is due to someone else’s intelligence and hard work.  

Oral Care Professional

People in this field clean teeth and  examine patients for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis. They  also provide other dental care and make sure to educate their patients on how to take care of it at home. Their duties include removing tartar, plaque, and stains from teeth; applying sedatives and fluorides to help protect teeth, teach patients oral cleansing techniques. 

Salary: $70,210
Education: They need an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. High school students interested should take courses in biology, chemistry, and mathematics. They are also required to have completed one year of college.


Reflection: I would like to learn more about the different careers in this area.
