A four year Bachelor’s degree is required in the field for entry level positions, but a Master’s degree will gain advantage over the latter. The Master's or Bachelor’s degree can be in healthcare administration, information technology, accounting or a business concentration.

I would like to be a healthcare administrator because I like to plan and provide direction.
