I believe that we as people believe that teamwork shows
dependence and our inability to be self-sufficient. Some believe it lessens our
value and worth. At times that’s what leads us to feel like failures when we
accept a helping hand and others refuse to because their pride keeps them from
doing so. The reality is that teamwork is an example of the beauty of humanity.
We should accept a helping hand whenever we can and also lend a helping hand if
possible. We need to help each other succeed and then we can hustle toward our
goals with great strength.
